Your booking is effective from the reception of your first payment.
The deposit is 30% of the amount of your location or 100 € for a camping place + reservation fees + other fees. If you book by post and we are fully booked, we will make you a counter-proposal by email or telephone.
When shall we pay the balance ?
The balance of your stay have to be paid 30 days before your arrival for a location or at the beginning of your stay for a camping pitch.
For a reservation less than 30 days before the beginning of your stay, the total amount must be payed at the reservation.
Is it possible to change our stay ?
A request must be done by email first and we’ll answer you as soon as possible for its availability.
How can you pay your stay ?
It’s possible to pay your stay by credit card, cash or transfer.
Can we suscribe to a cancellation insurance ?
Yes, you can suscribe to the cancellation insurance of our partner, the FFCC (Fédération Française de Camping et de Caravaning). You just have to send them back the membership form completed that you can find here and pay 34 € in order to apply for any reimbursement.
Can I choose my pitch ?
We will take into consideration your demand and we’ll do our best to satisfy you.
However, we can’t insure you to have the place you are looking for, or two pitches next to each other.
How many persons are allowed on a pitch ?
According to the model you’ve reserved, 6 persons maximum are allowed on a camping pitch and 2 to 8 persons per rental.
Extra person isn’t allowed and a baby count as one person.
Are animals authorised ?
We no longer accept animals within our establishment. Unfortunately, incivility of owners have become too recurrent.
What are the conditions to access the pool ?
The aquatic area is exclusively reserved for campsite guests. Its access is reserved for people in swimsuits, swimming trunks or boxers, to the exclusion of any other outfit. The wearing of the bracelet is mandatory during July and August.
Are barbecues allowed ?
Yes, only charcoal barbecue are authorized. A collective barbecue area is at your disposal in front of the bar.
Is there WiFi at the campsite ?
We propose you a WiFi connexion all over the campsite thanks to our partner Osmozis. To read the fee schedule, click here.
At what time can we arrive ?
2022 : Arrival are from 4pm to 7pm in pre-season and from 4pm to 8pm in summer. Departure before 12pm for pitches only and 10am for rental at the reception. For any late departure, you will be charged 20€ each additional 30 minutes. The deposit (credit card and cash only, no more check will be accepted) will be given back to you after our team’s inspection within 10 days with a closing email.
Is it possible to arrive out of the reception opening hours ?
You just have to call us on 0033 251 27 03 19 or send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll tell you the procedure.
Do we have to give any deposit ?
2022- If you are in a renting accomodation, you will be asked to pay two deposits by credit card or cash. One of 300€ for any possible damaging of the accomodation and one of 150€ for the cleaning deposit. For any late departure, you will be charge 20€ each additional 30 minutes. The deposit (credit card or cash only, no more check will be accepted) will be given back to you after our team’s inspection within 10 days with a closing email.
Is there a kids club ?
The kids club is open every morning from monday to friday, from 10am to 12pm. Don’t hesitate to ask our team to know the schedule! (Schedules are likely to change).
Are the sheets provided ?
Sheets are not provided. You must bring your own sheets because we only provide pillows and duvet in the mobile home.
How many cars can stay in the campsite ?
Only one car per pitch. If the pitch is big enough, a second one will be allowed with an extra fee of 5 €/day or 25 €/week.
How to enter in the campsite ?
The campsite is equipped with an access control by reading license plate. You must provide us your registration number to enter in the campsite.
Do the mobile-homes have a TV?
Some mobile-homes are equipped with one. Limited quantity depending on the model. The request must be made in advance but we can’t certify that we will be able to asign you a rental with television.
Is there a post service ?
It is possible to send letters or to receive some. If you are waiting for a package, an ID card or a passport is mandatory to retreive it.
